【Abstract】 Physical Chemistry is one of the major compulsory courses for Chemistry and related majors. OBE education concept can design the teaching mode from the goal, so as to realize the “student-centered” teaching transformation. Based on the target(from the knowledge oriented to ability oriented) as the guidance, teaching method, teaching technology and teaching content were redesigned to build the effective teaching mode for learning Physical Chemistry.
