四溴双酚A和纳米材料对金鱼藻的复合作用
Effect of Nano-materials on Bioavailbility of TBBPA on Ceratophyllum Demersum
【摘要】 纳米材料排放到水环境后,吸附环境中的污染物,对水生生态系统造成生态危害和影响,本文以生态毒理学理论为基础,以典型有机物四溴双酚A(TBBPA)、多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)为研究对象,研究其在水环境中的行为及其对水生生物氧化胁迫指标的影响。并得到以下结论:MWCNTs影响金鱼藻对TBBPA的富集量及氧化胁迫程度。抗氧化系统的诸多参数如SOD、GSH等从酶学和分子水平上反映了污染物对金鱼藻的损伤,可考虑作为水环境中生物监测指标。
【Abstract】 After nanomaterials are discharged into the water environment, they adsorb pollutants in the environment and cause ecological hazards and impacts on aquatic ecosystems.Tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA), nanometer MWCNTs were chosed as the pollutants to probe their behavior and oxidative stress in aquatic organisms The main contents and results of the experiments were as follows: MWCNTs influenced bioaccumulation and oxidative stress of TBBPA on Ceratophyllum demersum. As the reactive oxygen species defense, activities of the antioxidant enzymes(SOD and GSH) were affected compared to the control group, and they can be considered to be biological monitoring standards in aquatic environment.
