离子液体在基质辅助激光解吸离子化质谱中的应用研究进展

【摘要】 基质辅助激光解吸离子化质谱(MALDI-MS)在多种分析物的检测方面发挥着重要作用,广泛应用于医药、化工、食品和生物等多个领域。MALDI-MS的最大特点是使用基质作为媒介,大部分的传统基质是有机酸。与传统基质比较,离子液体基质有作为基质和溶剂的双重功能,使得样品制备均匀,重现性和灵敏度都有明显提高,弥补了传统基质的不足。离子液体广泛应用于多种物质的定量、定性或复杂混合物的分析等。

【Abstract】 Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry(MALDI-MS) plays an important role in the detection of a variety of analytes, and it is widely used in many fields such as medicine, chemical industry, food and biology. The main feature of MALDI-MS is the application of matrices as medium, and most of the conventional matrices are organic acids. Compared with the conventional matrices, the ionic liquids matrices had the dual functions of matrices and solvent, which offered homogeneous spots, the reproducibility and sensitivity were significantly improved, and the shortcomings of the conventional matrices were overcomed. Ionic liquids were applied for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of various analytes or the analysis of complex mixtures.
