油田锶钡垢化学清洗技术研究进展

【摘要】 在油田开发过程中,硫酸锶/钡垢的预防及清除是科研人员面临的一大难题。本文主要针对油气田硫酸锶/钡垢研究现状,详细论述了其成垢及除垢机理、常见化学清洗配方及应用效果。现有化学清洗配方主要由高效螯合剂与助剂复配而成,虽除垢效果可以达到45%~90%,但仍存在成本高、溶解速率慢、不易降解等问题。同时论述了工艺条件对除垢效果影响,并对化学清洗配方发展趋势进行了展望,以期为硫酸锶钡垢除垢技术研究及现场除垢工艺设计提供指导。

【Abstract】 In the process of oilfield development, the prevention and removal of strontium sulfate/barium scale is a major problem faced by researchers. Based on the research status of strontium sulfate/barium scale in oil and gas fields, the mechanism of scale formation and scale removal, common chemical cleaning formula and application effect were discussed in detail. The existing chemical cleaning formula was mainly composed of high efficiency chelating agent and auxiliary agent. Although the scale removal effect could reach 45%~90%, there were still widespread problems such as high cost, slow dissolution rate and difficult degradation. At the same time, the influence of process conditions on the descaling effect was discussed, and the development trend of chemical cleaning formula was prospected, in order to provide guidance for the descaling technology research and field descaling process design.
