【摘要】 目的:探讨运气方治疗青海不同海拔地区幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)的临床疗效。方法:将海拔2 000 m、海拔4 000 m 116例Hp阳性CAG患者随机分为对照组(对2 000 m组30例,对4 000 m组27例)及观察组(观2 000 m组30例,观4 000 m组29例)。对照组予以西医标准四联疗法,观察组予以西医标准四联用药+运气方治疗,两组均治疗4周,比较两个海拔治疗前后中医症状积分,治疗后Hp转阴率及复查转阴率,并进行疗效及安全性评估。结果:治疗后,两组中医症状总积分较治疗前均有所降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。不同中医症状积分比较,观察组较治疗前均有所降低(P<0.05),对照组除了纳差、反酸、睡眠,其他症状均有改善(P<0.05);海拔2 000 m及4 000 m对照组与观察组治疗后中医疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后Hp转阴率比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Hp复查转阴率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:运气方治疗不同高海拔地区CAG有较好的临床疗效,能改善临床症状,且Hp转阴率高、复查转阴率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of YunQi Fang on Hp positive chronic atrophic gastritis in different high altitude areas.Methods:116 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into control group(a2 000 m=30,a4 000 m=27) and treatment group(b2 000 m=30,b4 000 m=29).The control group was treated with western medicine standard quadruple therapy,and the treatment group was treated with western medicine standard quadruple medication plus YunQi Fang.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The TCM symptom scores before and after treatment at two altitudes were compared,the Hp negative conversion rate and reexamination negative conversion rate after treatment were compared and the efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results:After treatment,both groups were effective,and the treatment group was below than the control group(P <0.05).Compared with the total score of TCM symptoms of the two groups,the total score of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was significantly Lower than the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the single TCM symptom score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group.The Hp negative conversion rate of the two groups was effective,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of negative Hp follow-up between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05).Conclusion:YunQi Fang has a good clinical effect on chronic atrophic gastritis in different high altitude areas,which can improve clinical symptoms with a high negative rate of Hp and reexamination.更多还原
