“虚拟仿真”实验在《DNA重组与分子克隆实训》的教学应用
The Teaching Application of “Virtual Simulation” Experiment in DNA Recombination and Molecular Cloning Training
【摘要】 虚拟仿真实验是以信息技术为基础结合相关领域的知识,利用计算机创建模拟真实环境的实验平台。文章分别从实验前、实验中、实验后三个过程介绍虚拟仿真实验在《DNA重组与分子克隆实训》课程授课中的应用情况,以期为《DNA重组与分子克隆实训》实验教学改革提供参考。
【Abstract】 Virtual simulation experiments are based on information technology, combined with knowledge in related fields, and created using computers to simulate real environments. This paper introduces the application of virtual simulation experiments in the teaching of the course DNARe c ombination and Mole c ular Cloning Trainingfrom three stages: pre experiment, during experiment, and post experiment, in order to provide reference for the experimental teaching reform of DNAR e combination and Mole cular Cloning Training.
