【Abstract】 At the time of the rise of public welfare undertakings in China, how to reduce the loss rate of volunteers and establish a perfect long-term mechanism has become the primary proposition for the sustainable development of public welfare undertakings. This paper integrates the user growth system and interaction design theory, based on the research status of public welfare APP, deeply explores the interaction between volunteers and products, summarizes the elements of user growth system with universal applicability, and finally constructs the interaction design strategy of public welfare APP with enhanced volunteer behavior motivation.
