【摘要】 文章基于空间叙事理论，希望在新的时代背景下对城市老旧社区的公共空间进行改造。文章通过对公共空间的构成要素进行归纳梳理，以沈阳铁西工人村社区改造为例，对工业遗产进行适应性再利用，遵循重唤活力、生态优先、人文关怀、促进交流等原则。在此基础上总结当今研究与实践过程中的不足，以期为老旧社区公共空间改造提供一种解决方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the spatial narrative theory, this paper hopes to transform the public space of the old urban communities under the new era background. By summarizing and sorting out the elements of public space, this paper takes the transformation of Shenyang Tiexi workers’ Village communities as an example to carry out adaptive reuse of industrial heritage, following the principles of revitalizing vitality first, giving priority to ecology, humanistic care and promoting communication.On this basis, it summarizes the shortcomings of current research and practice in order to provide a solution for the renovation of old communities public space.更多还原
