介孔二氧化硅载体负载花椒精油的抗菌性能研究
Study on antimicrobial properties of zanthoxylum oil loaded by mesoporous silica
【摘要】 制备介孔二氧化硅材料保护花椒精油的活性、减小花椒精油的挥发和提高花椒精油的抗菌性能.研究结果表明介孔二氧化硅具有多孔结构的形貌,能够负载花椒精油并对其缓慢释放,负载后的花椒精油具有更好的抗菌性能和更广的使用范围.
【Abstract】 Mesoporous silica material(MSN) was prepared.This material can protect the activity of zanthoxylum oil, reduce the volatilization of zanthoxylum oil, and improve the antibacterial properties of zanthoxylum oil.The results show that the mesoporous silica has a porous structure, which loaded with zanthoxylum oil has better sustained-release and antibacterial properties, so that the mesoporous silica loaded zanthoxylum oil has better antibacterial performance and wider application range.
