【摘要】 文章基于企业供应链一体化、产业供应链一体化以及城市供应链一体化相结合的新视角构建了畜产品供应链一体化理论框架，深度分析了三个维度之间的内在逻辑；围绕牛羊肉等畜产品的特点，立足畜产品供应链一体化理论框架包含的三个维度，结合蒙东地区畜产品供应链发展现状，系统分析了畜产品供应链一体化存在的主要问题，并围绕以上三个维度有针对性的提出优化路径，进而凝练出畜产品供应链一体化应采取的主要运作模式，包括品牌商的全产业链运作模式，合作社主导的运作模式，政府、企业、牧户联合的运作模式，第三方生鲜电商平台主导的运作模式以及供应链服务平台企业主导的运作模式等。相关研究成果可为学界持续深入研究农畜产品供应链一体化问题提供新的视角和理论框架，亦可更好助力地区畜产品供应链一体化目标的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the new perspective of enterprise supply chain integration, industrial supply chain integration and urban supply chain integration, this paper constructs a theoretical framework of livestock products supply chain integration, and takes a deep dive into the internal logic between the three dimensions. Focusing on the characteristics of livestock products such as beef, mutton and other livestock products, based on the three dimensions included in the theoretical framework of livestock product supply chain integration, combined with the development status of livestock product supply chain in eastern Mongolia, the paper analyzes the main problems existing in the integration of livestock product supply chain systematically. The optimization path is proposed based on the above three dimensions, and the main operation mode of livestock product supply chain integration is summarized, including the whole industry chain operation mode of brand business, the mode dominated by cooperatives, the joint mode of the government, enterprises and farmers, the mode dominated by the third-party fresh e-commerce platform and the mode dominated by the supply chain service platform enterprises, etc. The relevant research results can provide a new perspective and theoretical framework for the academic community to continue to study the integration of agricultural and livestock products supply chain deeply, and can also better help the realization of the goal of regional livestock products supply chain integration.更多还原
