【摘要】 目的 对内蒙古自治区首家母乳库运行情况进行总结分析，为进一步促进母乳捐献和加强捐献母乳的临床应用提供实践经验。方法 对2016年7月至2021年6月内蒙古自治区人民医院（本院）母乳库成立5年来的捐奶情况、捐赠者特征以及捐赠母乳的临床使用情况进行整理分析。结果 本院母乳库成立5年以来，共有母乳捐献者528名，剔除血液检验不合格者11名，剩余合格的捐献者517名；前3年母乳捐献人数、捐奶总量均呈明显上升趋势，基本可满足本院极低和超低出生体重儿所需；但后2年因社会因素导致本院分娩人数下降，捐奶人数及奶量各项指标大幅下降，处于供不应求状态。结论 内蒙古自治区首家母乳库建立5年来运行情况良好，母乳喂养率显著提高，结合母乳成分分析结果可满足早产儿临床用奶个体化营养需求，但捐奶人数及捐奶量有待于进一步提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and analyze the operation of the first breast milk bank in Inner Mongolia, so as to provide practical experience for further promoting breast milk donation and strengthening the clinical application of donated breast milk. Methods From July 2016 to June 2021, the situation of donated breast milk, the characteristics of donors and the clinical use of donated breast milk in the five years since the establishment of the breast milk bank of the Inner Mongolia People’s Hospital(our hospital) were collated and analyzed. Results Since the establishment of our hospital’s breast milk bank for 5 years, there have been a total of 528 breast milk donors, including 11 who did not pass blood tests, and the remaining 517 qualified donors. In the first three years, the number of breast milk donors and the total amount of milk donations have shown a significant upward trend, which can basically meet the needs of newborn with very low and ultra-low birth weight in our hospital. However, in the next two years, due to social factors, the number of deliveries in our hospital decreased significantly, and the number of milk donors and various indicators of milk quantity decreased significantly, resulting in a state of short supply. Conclusion The first breast milk bank in Inner Mongolia has been operating well since its establishment for five years, and the rate of breastfeeding has significantly increased. Combining the results of breast milk composition analysis, it can meet the individual nutritional needs of premature infants for clinical use of milk, but the number of milk donors and amount of milk donations need to be further improved.更多还原
