【摘要】 目的 观察元胡止痛方与艾灸联合癌痛三阶梯规范化用药对安宁疗护患者疼痛的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月黑龙江省医院收治的100例安宁疗护患者，采用随机数表法分为观察组50例和对照组50例，对照组给予三阶梯止痛治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予元胡止痛方联合艾灸穴位治疗，7 d为1个疗程，两组均治疗4个疗程，比较分析两组治疗前后疼痛强度量表（NRS）、疼痛治疗指数（PMI）及疼痛信念评分。结果 干预后，观察组NRS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；观察组PMI有效例数高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；观察组疼痛信念各维度评分均低于对照组，除止痛药不能真正控制疼痛维度外，差异均有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 元胡止痛方与艾灸联合癌痛三阶梯规范化用药应用于安宁疗护患者，在缓解疼痛方面有着突出效果，值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Yuanhu Zhitong Formula and moxibustion combined with three-step analgesic ladder for treatment of cancer pain in hospice care patients. Methods A total of 100 hospice care patients admitted to Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group of 50 cases and a control group of 50 cases using a random number table method. The control group received three-step analgesic ladder treatment, while the observation group received Yuanhu Zhitong Formula combined with moxibustion acupoint treatment for pain on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 7 days as a course of treatment, with a total of 4 courses. The scores of numerical rating scale(NRS),pain management index(PMI), and pain beliefs before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results After intervention, the NRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). The effective cases of PMI scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). The pain belief scores in all dimensions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05)except for the fact that painkillers cannot truly control the pain dimension. Conclusion Yuanhu Zhitong Formula and moxibustion combined with three-step analgesic ladder for treatment of cancer pain has outstanding effects in alleviating pain in hospice care patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
