【Abstract】 The aging population in China has led to increasingly prominent end-of-life issues among the elderly population, while the attitudes of geriatric nurses towards death have affected the level of service provided to elderly patients at the end of life. The attitude towards death is influenced by traditional Chinese culture and work experience, and most nurses are unable to face and handle the death of elderly patients at the end of life. This article reviewed relevant literature on the attitudes towards death among clinical nurses at home and abroad, analyzed the factors that affect nurses’ attitudes towards death, and provided us with insights into the context of an aging population, aiming at providing guidance for clinical research and social practice on the attitudes towards death among geriatric nurses in China.更多还原
