【摘要】 目的 通过比对泌尿外科术后患者在常规护理模式和护理安全管理模式干预下的临床应用效果，剖析护理安全管理模式在临床实际运用优势。方法 选取广西医科大学第一附属医院2021年6月至2022年6月泌尿外科患者114例为研究对象，采用随机数表抽样法分为实验组和对照组，每组各57例。按所受护理管理模式做划分，患者接受护理安全管理模式的为实验组，常规管理模式的为对照组，比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、院内感染发生率、护理满意度。结果 实验组术后并发症发生率比对照组低，护理满意度比对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；院内感染发生率比对照组低，但差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。结论泌尿外科患者术后接受护理安全管理模式干预，提高临床应用效果，减少术后并发症发生率及院内感染发生率，使患者满意度上升，有一定临床价值，值得借鉴推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By comparing the clinical outcomes of post-operative urological patients under the conventional nursing model and the nursing safe management model, the advantages of the nursing safe management model in clinical practice are analyzed. Methods A total of 114 patients from the Department of Urology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from June 2021 to June 2022were selected as the study subjects. A random number table method was employed to divide the patients into experimental and control groups, with 57 patients in each group. Patients were divided according to the nursing management model they received, with those who received the nursing safe management model being the experimental group and those who received the conventional management model being the control group. The two groups of patients were then compared in terms of postoperative complication rates, incidence of nosocomial infections, and nursing satisfaction. Results The experimental group had a significantly lower incidence of postoperative complications and higher nursing satisfaction rate than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Meanwhile, the incidence of nosocomial infections was lower in the experimental group than in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Conclusion The post-operative nursing safety management model intervention for urological patients can improve the clinical application, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and nosocomial infections, and increase patient satisfaction, which has certain clinical value and is worthy of reference and promotion.更多还原
