【摘要】 目的 研究子宫内膜异位症（EM）患者行多种免疫因子检测的临床意义。方法 选择2020年12月至2022年12月马鞍山市人民医院妇产科收诊的子宫内膜异位症患者44例为观察组，另择同期术后经病理证实为卵巢良性肿瘤患者44例为对照组，通过ELISA方法检测，比较两组转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)与肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）在腹腔液中的表达水平，同时比较不同因子的敏感性与特异性。结果 (1)观察组腹腔液中TGF-β、IL-6、IL-8与TNF-α水平较对照组均有明显升高，而IL-12水平则较对照组下降，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；(2) IL-8的诊断敏感度最高，为90.48%;IL-12的敏感度最低，为87.18%；特异度最高的为IL-8(63.64%)，最低的为TNF-α(54.55%)，不同免疫因子的敏感度与特异度比较差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。结论EM患者腹腔液中的TGF-β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α均表现出明显上升，而IL-12则有所下降，检测免疫因子水平对子宫内膜异位症的病情诊断意义较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical significance of detection of multiple immune factors in patients with endometriosis(EM). Methods A total of 44 EM patients who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Maanshan People’s Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were included in the observation group, and another 44 patients who were confirmed as benign ovarian tumors by pathology after surgery at the same period were included in the control group. The expression levels of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β), interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8), interleukin-12(IL-12) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in abdominal fluid detected by ELISA of the two groups were compared, and the sensitivities and specificities of different immune factors were also compared. Results(1) Compared with the control group, the levels of TGF-β, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in abdominal fluid of the observation group significantly increased, while IL-12 level decreased, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).(2) IL-8(90.48%) and IL-12(87.18%) had the highest and the lowest diagnostic sensitivity respectively; IL-8(63.64%) and TNF-α(54.55%) had the highest and the lowest diagnostic specificity respectively. There were no significant differences in sensitivity and specificity among different immune factors(P > 0.05).
