【摘要】 目的 探讨应用“计划-执行-检查-处理”（PDCA循环）的质量管理方法控制根管治疗期间急症的发生情况。方法 选取2020年1—6月在滨州医学院附属医院口腔内科行根管治疗的患牙，随机抽取201个已完成根管治疗的患牙作为研究对象，自2020年7月开始将PDCA循环应用于根管治疗期间急症的管理过程中，随机抽取2020年7—12月完成根管治疗的患牙201个作为研究对象，比较PDCA实施前后根管治疗期间急症的发生率。结果 根管治疗期间急症的发生率由实施前16.41%降低到9.45%，根管治疗期间急症的发生率达到PDCA的预定目标。实施PDCA后，磨牙及总根管治疗期间急症发生率降低，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；前牙及前磨牙根管治疗期间急症发生率有所降低，但差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。结论在口腔内科根管治疗过程中实施PDCA循环，规范了根管治疗的过程，能够持续改进根管治疗，有效降低根管治疗期间急症的发生率，在根管治疗期间急症的预防管理中发挥积极作用，值得广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of the quality management method of "Plan-DoCheck-Act"(PDCA cycle) to control the occurrence of endodontic interappointment emergencies(EIAE).Methods Among the affected teeth undergoing RCT in the Department of stomatology, Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January to June 2020, 201 teeth with RCT completed were randomly selected as the research subjects. From July 2020, the PDCA cycle was applied to the management of EIAE, and 201teeth with RCT completed from July to December 2020 were randomly selected as the research subjects.The incidence of EIAE before and after implementation of PDCA was compared. Results The incidence of EIAE decreased from 16.41%(before implementation) to 9.45%(after implementation), reaching the predetermined goal of PDCA. After the implementation of PDCA, the incidence of EIAE of molars and total incidence of EIAE decreased significantly, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The incidence of EIAE of anterior teeth and premolars decreased, without statistically significant differences(P > 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle during RCT in Department of Oral Medicine can standardize the process of root canal therapy, continuously improve root canal therapy,effectively reduce the incidence of EIAE, and play an active role in the prevention and management of EIAE.Therefore, it is worth popularizing widely.更多还原
