【Abstract】 Bloodstream infection is a serious systemic infectious disease, which has been widely concerned by clinicians because of its rapid progress, difficult treatment and high mortality, etc. Pathogenic bacteria invade into the blood circulation, reproduce and grow, induce the release of a large number of inflammatory mediators and cytokines, and then cause infection and systemic inflammatory reaction. Relevant researches show that the pathogenic bacteria of nosocomial bloodstream infection are widely distributed, and there are differences in diseases and ages. The wide application of antibiotics in the hospital, one of the commonest problems, will have certain impact on the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in patients with bloodstream infection. Therefore, this research will discuss in detail the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in patients with nosocomial bloodstream infection and the research progress of clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
