基于案例联合问题导向教学的临床药学本科生见习教学方法初探

【摘要】 临床见习是医学教育的关键环节,而见习效果往往取决于临床教学方法。随着国务院办公厅关于深化医教协同进一步推进医学教育改革与发展的意见的出台,案例教学法(CBL)和以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)作为创新的教育方法,在医学教育的各个领域进行了探索性应用。本文探讨了临床药学作为新兴的医学与药学交叉学科,在本科生的见习教学中引入CBL-PBL教学方法,通过书写病例分析实施CBL的闭环管理,以期加强临床药学见习教学的规范管理、提高教学质量。

【Abstract】 Clinical probation is a key link of medical education, and the effect of probation often depends on clinical teaching methods. With the promulgation of the Opinions on Deepening the Cooperation between Hospitals and Medical Colleges and Universities to Further Promote the Reform and Development of Medical Education by the General Office of the State Council, case-based learning(CBL) and problem-based learning(PBL), as innovative educational methods, have been exploringly applied in various fields of medical education. In this paper, clinical pharmacy, as a new interdisciplinary subject between medicine and pharmacy, was investigated, CBL-PBL teaching method was introduced into undergraduate probation teaching, and the closed-loop management of CBL was implemented through writing case analysis, so as to strengthen the standardized management of clinical pharmacy probation teaching and improve the teaching quality.
