【摘要】 肠道作为机体与外界相通的器官，其屏障功能对人类健康至关重要。肠黏膜屏障由物理屏障、生物屏障、化学屏障以及免疫屏障四部分组成，防止腔内有害物质侵入黏膜下组织，同时能选择性滤过营养物质和电解质。肠道的这种特性被称为肠黏膜屏障功能。肠黏膜屏障功能障碍会导致黏膜通透性增加，且与多种消化系统疾病（如炎症性肠病、乳糜泻、非酒精性脂肪性肝病等）的发生发展密切相关。本文主要对肠黏膜屏障构成及肠黏膜屏障功能与消化系统疾病发生关系的研究进展进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the intestine is an organ that connects the body and the outside world, the intestinal barrier function is crucial to human health. Intestinal mucosal barrier is composed of four parts: physical barrier,biological barrier, chemical barrier and immune barrier, which can prevent harmful substances in the cavity from invading submucosal tissues, and can selectively filter nutrients and electrolytes. This characteristic of the intestine is called intestinal mucosal barrier function. The intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction will lead to the increase of mucosal permeability, which is closely related to the occurrence and development of various digestive system diseases(such as inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,etc.). In this paper, the research progress of the correlation between intestinal mucosal barrier composition and intestinal mucosal barrier function and digestive system diseases is reviewed.更多还原
