基于PLC的自动感应门控制系统设计
【摘要】 PLC在自动门的控制装置中取得了极大的应用。围绕自动门控制系统展开研究,按照自动门的控制要求做出了自动门的软硬件设计,其中软件应用MCGS进行自动门的模型设计并按照自动门的功能实现了自动门的操作动画;运用STEP-7设计了相应的梯形图,用于控制实现自动门的检测、计时、开门、关门等动作,最后通过仿真验证了该设计的结果满足要求。
【Abstract】 PLC has been widely used in the control device of automatic door. This paper focuses on the research of the automatic door control system, and designs the software and hardware of the automatic door according to the control requirements of the automatic door. The software uses MCGS to design the model of the automatic door and realizes the operation animation of the automatic door according to the kinetic energy of the automatic door. The corresponding ladder diagram is designed using STEP-7 to control the detection, timing, opening and closing of the automatic door. Finally, the simulation experiment verifies that the design results meet the requirements.
