一种新型科里奥利质量流量计信号处理方法的研究
A New Research on Signal Processing of Coriolis Mass Flowmeter
【摘要】 针对科里奥利质量流量计相位差估计精度不高、频率估计引入额外误差等问题,提出一种新型的频率、相位差联合估计方法。首先采用自适应陷波器滤除传感器信号中混杂的各类干扰,并对增强信号加窗截断;然后利用自相关和Hilbert变换构造出同频信号和Hilbert变换信号,并对它们进行互相关,通过三角运算解算出相位差;最后,利用解析信号的属性计算出信号瞬时频率。实验验证表明,提出的方法克服了干扰,抑制了Hilbert变换的端点效应,具有较高的精度、稳定性和抗干扰能力。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of low precision of phase difference estimation and extra error in frequency estimation of Coriolis mass flow meter, a new combinative estimation method of frequency and phase difference is proposed. Firstly, using the adaptive notch filter to filter out interference in the sensor signal, and truncating the enhanced signal with a window function. Then, using autocorrelation and Hilbert transform construct the same-frequency signal and Hilbert transform signal,carrying on the cross-correlation to them, and the phase difference is calculated by triangular operation. Finally, the attributes of the analytical signal are used to calculate the frequency. In experimental verification, the proposed method overcomes the interference, supposes the end effect of Hilbert transform, and has high accuracy,stability and anti-interference ability.
