汽车仪表板气囊门落锤冲击仿真分析

【摘要】 安全气囊静态点爆试验是测试汽车仪表板气囊门性能的主要方法,但由于点爆试验系统复杂、成本高昂、准备时间长等缺点,有逐步被落锤冲击试验取代的趋势。通过仿真分析研究不同形状锤头冲击仪表板气囊门时弱化线的撕裂情况,结果表明,相较于平锤头,圆锤头能更好地模拟安全气囊冲击打开仪表板气囊门,可为以后的测试试验提供一定参考。

【Abstract】 The airbag static point burst test is the main method for testing the performance of automotive instrument panel airbag doors, but due to the disadvantages of the complex point burst test system, high cost and long preparation time, it has gradually been replaced by the falling hammer impact test. This paper investigates the tearing of the weakening line when different hammer shapes impact the instrument panel airbag door through simulation analysis. The results show that compared to the flat hammer, the round hammer can better simulate the airbag impact to open the instrument airbag doors. It can provide some reference for future test trials.
