超临界二氧化碳动压轴承紊流润滑模式研究
Study on Turbulent Lubrication Mode of Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Hydrodynamic Bearing
【摘要】 高速、大功率的机组工况条件使得超临界二氧化碳(S-CO2)轴承工作在紊流润滑状态。以S-CO2动压轴承为研究对象,基于Fluent软件建立轴承气膜仿真分析模型,采用广泛使用的两方程standard k-ε紊流模型,分析不同轴承偏心对气膜压力和承载力的影响,同时用经典的Ng-Pan紊流润滑模式进行计算对比。研究结果表明,两种紊流模式下S-CO2轴承的压力分布在正压区更为吻合,并在此基础上分析了standard k-ε紊流模型下实际气体效应对轴承特性的影响。
【Abstract】 The high speed and high power unit conditions make the supercritical carbon dioxide(S-CO2) bearings work in turbulent lubrication. In this paper, the S-CO2 hydrodynamic bearing is used as the research object, and a simulation analysis model of the bearing gas film is established based on Fluent software. The widely used two-equation standard k-εturbulent flow model is used to analyze the effect of different bearing eccentricities on the gas film pressure and load capacity, and the classical Ng-Pan turbulent flow lubrication mode is also used for calculation and comparison. The results show that the pressure distribution of the S-CO2 bearing under the two turbulent flow models is more consistent in the positive pressure region, and the influence of the real gas effect on the bearing characteristics under the standard k-ε turbulent flow model is analyzed on this basis.
