工业燃烧器开发测试及相关问题探讨
Development and Testing of Industrial Burners and Discussion of Related Problems
【摘要】 将航空发动机轴向燃料分级技术引入到冶金行业步进加热炉用燃烧器开发,提出了一种工业用的轴向燃料分级燃烧器。根据冶金步进加热炉生产工艺条件,建立了专用于实验测试冶金燃烧器的实验系统,并提出工业燃烧器一般工程实验测试方法和结果分析方法。通过1∶1比例工业燃烧器原型机实验测试,氮氧化物稳定在50 mg/m~3(标准)以内,且炉内温度场分布较为均匀,有利于钢坯表面均匀受热。基于轴向燃料分级技术开发的工业燃烧器各项技术性能达到设计要求,同时,实验测试得到的数据可以有效地用于实际生产过程中燃烧精确控制,给工业行业开发先进燃烧器和实验测试提供参考。
【Abstract】 The axial fuel grading technology of aero-engine was introduced into the development of burner for step heating furnace in metallurgical industry, and an industrial axial fuel grading burner was proposed.According to the production process conditions of metallurgical step heating furnace, a special experimental system for testing metallurgical burners was established, and the general engineering test method and result analysis method of industrial burners were put forward.Through the experimental test of a 1∶1 ratio industrial burner prototype, the nitrogen oxide is stable within 50 mg/Nm~3, and the temperature field distribution in the furnace is more uniform, which is conducive to uniform heating of the billet surface.The technical performance of industrial burners developed based on axial fuel classification technology meets the design requirements.At the same time, the data obtained from experimental tests can be effectively used for accurate combustion control in the actual production process, which provides a reference for the development of advanced burners and experimental tests in industrial industries.
