【Abstract】 The fault diagnosis and analysis of high power smelting transformer are very important for the efficiency of production line.The fault of the high-power smelting transformer in the refining furnace is briefly described, and the general situation of the power supply system of the faulty transformer and the main test data of power quality are explained.It is preliminarily judged that the normal action of gas protection is caused by the internal fault of the transformer.Further analyze transformer faults from furnace oil test ledger, resonance amplification factor of refining furnace system, operation overvoltage, transformer insulation damage caused by harmonics, voltage adjustment and transformer manufacturing process, summarize the analysis results and give rectification measures.更多还原
