Cs/ZnAl-LDO@X催化剂制备及甲苯侧链烷基化反应性能研究

【摘要】 以X分子筛作为载体,在其表面生长ZnAl-LDH,浸渍Cs后焙烧制备得到一系列不同ZnAl-LDO含量的Cs/ZnAl-LDO@X催化剂。采用XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD、CO2-TPD手段对催化剂的结构进行表征,在固定床微反应器上评价催化剂的甲苯侧链甲醇烷基化一步制苯乙烯的反应性能。结果表明,在Cs/ZnAl-LDO@X催化剂中,X分子筛表面的ZnAl-LDO呈现花簇状二维层状结构;随着ZnAl-LDO含量的增加,催化剂的酸、碱活性中心的量有一定的增加;不同ZnAl-LDO含量的催化剂对甲苯侧链烷基化反应都具有良好的催化性能,其中Cs含量为质量分数18.13%、ZnAl-LDO含量为质量分数22.7%的催化剂具有最好的催化性能,在甲苯转化率为6.39%时,苯乙烯选择性为50.4%,苯乙烯和乙苯的总选择性达到98.38%。

【Abstract】 Using X molecular sieve as a carrier, ZnAl-LDH was grown on the surface of the carrier, and a series of Cs/ZnAl-LDO@X catalysts with different ZnAl-LDO contents were prepared after impregnating Cs and roasting.The structure of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM,NH3-TPD and CO2-TPD.The catalytic performance of the synthesized catalysts in toluene side chain alkylation with methanol one-step to the styrene was evaluated in a fixed-bed microreactor.The results showed that in the Cs/ZnAl-LDO@X catalysts, the ZnAl-LDO on the surface of X molecular sieve showed a flower cluster-like two-dimensional layered structure.The amount of acid and base active centers of the catalysts increased with the increase of ZnAl-LDO content.The catalysts with different ZnAl-LDO contents all had good catalytic performance for the toluene side-chain alkylation reaction.The catalyst with Cs mass fraction of 18.13% and ZnAl-LDO mass fraction of 22.7% had the best catalytic performance.When toluene conversion was 6.39%,the selectivity of styrene was 50.4% and total selectivity of styrene and ethylbenzene was 98.38%.
