机械安全风险预警系统构建与应用

【摘要】 为应对机器使用阶段因人、机器、环境状态改变导致风险水平发生变化,构建了一种机械安全风险预警系统。机械安全风险预警系统主要由用于实时监测风险因素状态的预警监测系统、确定风险级别的预警分级系统、减小风险的预警措施系统组成。以某工业机器人为例,构建了机械安全风险预警系统,并开展了预警实验。实验结果表明:机械安全风险预警系统能够实现机械安全风险因素自动监测、预警等级自动划分、预警措施自动执行。该系统能够通过在线数据监测与评估,对可能发生的不安全状态按等级发出警告,并及时采取相应防范措施,达到减小风险的目的。

【Abstract】 In order to deal with the change of risk caused by the change of human,machine and environment in the use stage of machine,a mechanical safety risk early warning system was constructed. The system mainly consists of early warning and monitoring system for real-time monitoring of risk,early warning grading system for determining risk level and early warning measure system for risk reduction. For example,an industrial robot built a mechanical safety risk early warning system and carried out early warning experiments. The experimental results show that the mechanical safety risk early warning system can realize the automatic monitoring of mechanical safety risk factors,automatic classification of early warning levels and automatic implementation of early warning measures. Through online data monitoring and evaluation,the system can warns of possible unsafe conditions according to levels,and take corresponding preventive measures in time,so as to reduce the risk.
