建筑空间内木粉尘爆炸荷载影响规律研究
Effect of dust explosion loading on wood handling building
【摘要】 为了探究木粉尘建筑空间内粉尘爆炸荷载特性,基于FLACS软件数值研究了泄爆面积、泄爆开启压力及粉尘浓度等对厂房内梁柱表面爆炸超压及泄放火焰传播距离的影响规律。研究结果表明:在粉尘浓度和开启压力一定时,随着泄爆面积的减小,柱翼缘表面的最大爆炸压力及达到最大爆炸压力所需的时间均不断增加;在泄爆面积和开启压力一定时,随着木粉尘质量浓度的增加,厂房内柱翼缘表面最大爆炸压力和最大火焰喷射距离呈先上升后下降的变化趋势。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the characteristics of the dust explosion load in the wood dust building space,this paper is based on FLACS software numerical study of the explosion area,explosion opening pressure and dust concentration on the surface of the beam and column explosion overpressure and the effect of the flame propagation distance of the release of the plant.The results show that when the dust concentration and opening pressure is certain,with the decrease of explosion relief area,the maximum explosion pressure on the surface of the column flange and the time required to reach the maximum explosion pressure are increasing;when the explosion relief area and opening pressure is certain,with the increase of the mass concentration of wood dust,the maximum explosion pressure on the surface of the column flange and the maximum flame propagation distance in the plant are rising first and then falling trend.
