邓恩桉木材主要化学成分变异规律
Variations of Main Chemical Components of Eucalyptus dunnii Woods
【摘要】 为筛选优良的造纸用桉木品种,为制浆造纸工业的原料选择提供理论依据,以华山林场11年生邓恩桉(Eucalyptus dunnii)为材料,采用国家标准测定木材综纤维素、纤维素和木质素含量及pH值,对4种主要化学成分指标进行相关性分析,探讨各化学成分在不同树干高度变异规律。结果表明,邓恩桉木材的综纤维素含量为84.50%,纤维素含量为51.11%,木质素含量为23.86%,pH值5.29。邓恩桉木材4种主要化学成分指标在不同树干高度存在差异,综纤维素含量差异极显著,pH值差异显著;主要化学成分间存在相关性,但相关性不显著。邓恩桉木材综纤维素和纤维素含量较高,木质素含量偏低,是一种优良的纸浆原料树种。
【Abstract】 In order to select excellent eucalypt varieties for paper making and provide theoretical basis for raw material selection in pulp and paper industry, taking 11-year-old Eucalyptus dunnii from Huashan Forest Farm as materials, contents of holocellulose, cellulose, lignin and pH of woods were determined by national standards. Correlation analysis on four main chemical components were carried out, and variation rules of chemical components in different stem heights were explored. Results showed that contents of holocellulose, cellulose and lignin of E. dunnii woods were 84.50%, 51.11% and 23.86% and pH value was 5.29. Four main chemical components of E. dunnii woods had differences at different stem heights, holocellulose content had extremely significant difference, and pH value had significant difference.There were correlations among main chemical components, but correlations were not significant. E. dunnii was excellent pulp raw material tree species with high holocellulose and cellulose contents and low lignin content.
