【摘要】 【目的】为解决贺州目前茶产品单一、品质低端的问题。【方法】以本地群体种为对照，对“鸿雁12号”茶树品种在贺州茶区的区域适应性进行调查研究。【结果】结果表明：“鸿雁12号”种植成活率高，达92%以上；萌芽期在3月上旬，整体一芽一叶初采期比本地群体种早3～5天，有效错开了芽叶采摘高峰期；抗寒、抗旱和抗虫能力强；水浸出物含量为50.66%，氨基酸含量为2.84%，茶多酚含量为23.61%，咖啡碱含量为3.75%；适制高香乌龙茶、花香绿茶和红茶，品质优异。【结论】茶树品种“鸿雁12号”总体表现适应性良好，适制红茶、绿茶、乌龙茶，适宜在贺州茶区推广种植。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 In order to solve the problem of single and low quality of tea products in Hezhou.【Method】 The regional adaptability of “Hongyan No.12” tea tree in Hezhou tea area was investigated with local population species as control. 【Result】 The results showed that the survival rate of “Hongyan No.12”was more than 92%. The germination stage was in early March, and the initial picking stage of one bud and one leaf was 3～5 days earlier than that of the local population, which effectively staggered the peak of bud and leaf picking. It has strong cold resistance, drought resistance and insect resistance. Water extract content was 50.66%, amino acid content was 2.84%, tea polyphenol content was 23.61%, theine content was 3.75%, which was suitable for making high aroma oolong tea, floral green tea and black tea with desirable quality. 【Conclusion】 Tea variety “Hongyan No. 12” showed fine adaptability on the whole, which was suitable for making black tea, green tea oolong tea and suitable for promotion and planting in Hezhou tea area.更多还原
