可见光催化香豆素的选择性氯化反应
Visible light catalyzed regio-selective chlorination of coumarins
【摘要】 针对常用的卤化方法大多数只适用于富电子的底物,有时还需要特殊的卤化试剂或者加入额外的化学计量氧化剂以促进反应的问题,采用波长为460~465 nm的蓝光作为反应的驱动力,以4CzIPN作为可见光催化剂,CuCl2·2H2O作为添加剂,HCl或LiCl作为氯源,空气中的氧气作为绿色氧化剂,成功对香豆素类化合物实现3-位选择性氯化。结果表明,本方法适用于含有强吸电子基团的香豆素底物。
【Abstract】 Traditional halogenation methods were only suitable for electron-rich substrates and sometimes rely on special halogenation reagents or external stoichiometric oxidants to promote the reaction. This method uses blue light with wavelengths ranging from 460~465 nm as the driving force for the reaction, 4CzIPN as a visible light catalyst, CuCl2·2H2O as an additive, HCl or LiCl as a halogen source, and oxygen in the air as a green oxidant to successfully achieve 3-position selective chlorination of coumarin compounds. The result show that the method can even be applied to coumarin substrates containing strong electron withdrawing groups.
