洗涤冷却管降液壁面结构对液膜行为影响的研究

【摘要】 为了提升洗涤冷却管内质热传递效率,利用不同壁面参数的波纹壁面取代原平滑壁面,以增强对洗涤冷却管主换热区域的液膜波动。在液相雷诺数Re_L为8.3×10~3~3.14×10~4条件下,借助超声多普勒测速仪对波纹壁面上的液膜厚度和速度分布特性进行了研究。实验结果表明:在湍流降膜过程中,波纹壁面结构的存在加强了液膜的扰动,使得液膜平均厚度明显增厚,并促进了轴向方向上的液膜厚度分布的均匀性。波纹壁面结构扰动减少了大波出现概率,同时使得衬底液膜波动更为剧烈;但波纹壁面结构会产生一定的回流现象。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the internal mass and heat transfer efficiency of scrubbing-cooling tube,the corrugated walls with different wall structures were used to enhance the fluctuation of the liquid film in the main heat exchange area of the scrubbing-cooling tube.Under the condition of Re_L=8.3×10~3-3.14×10~4,the characteristics of the liquid film thickness and velocity distribution were investigated using an ultrasonic Doppler velocimetry (UDV).The experimental results show that the existence of corrugated wall structure strengthens the disturbance of the liquid film,obviously thickens the mean thickness of the liquid film,and promotes the uniformity of the axial distribution of the liquid film thickness.The perturbation of the corrugated wall structure reduces the probability of large waves,and makes the substrate liquid film more violent;however,the corrugated wall structure will produce a certain backflow phenomenon.
