【摘要】 在全面推进乡村振兴，加快农业农村现代化的道路上，农业人才的需求量剧增。但是，目前农业人才的缺口依然较大，农林院校毕业生从事农林牧渔业的数量占毕业生总数的7%—20%。因此，厚植农科大学生的爱农情怀，从根源上提升农科大学生服务“三农”的意愿，具有紧迫性。科技小院使农科大学生在体验农村生活中培养情感，在扎根一线服务中产生情感认同，在开展实践活动中提升技能，有利于实现从专业到职业再到事业的感情和境界的提升。科技小院育人模式不仅是厚植农科大学生爱农情怀的生动实践，更为其他学科大学生深入一线开展实践、培养职业情怀和敬业精神提供了借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 As we fully promote rural revitalization and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,the demand for agricultural talents has dramatically increased. However,there is still a significant gap in agricultural talents,with only 7% to 20% of graduates from agricultural and forestry colleges and universities engaged in the agriculture,forestry,fishing and animal husbandry industries. Therefore,it is urgent to cultivate the love for agriculture in agriculture students and enhance their willingness to serve "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" from the root. The Technology Courtyard allows agriculture students to cultivate emotions in experiencing rural life,generate identification in grassroots services,and improve skills in carrying out practical activities,which is conducive to the emotional and realm promotion from profession to occupation and then to career. The education model of the Technology Courtyard is not only a vivid practice of cultivating the love for agriculture in agriculture students but also provides a reference for students of other disciplines to carry out in-depth frontline practices and cultivate professional feelings and dedication.更多还原
