【摘要】 高校辅导员专业化发展水平，对大学生群体思想政治教育工作成效有着直接影响。本文搜集2023年（上半年）全国325所高校辅导员招聘条件要求信息，利用内容分析法，从“学历要求”“招聘对象”“专业要求”“招聘方式”“其他条件要求”五个方面对招聘条件要求进行文本分析。基于分析结果，从树立发展理念、优化招聘条件要求、注重提升辅导员全面综合素质能力等方面探析辅导员专业化发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The level of professional development of college advisors has a direct impact on the effectiveness of ideological and political education work for the student group. This article collects the recruitment requirement information of 325 college advisors nationwide in the first half of 2023,and uses content analysis to conduct text analysis on the recruitment requirements from five aspects: "educational requirements", "recruitment targets", "professional requirements", "recruitment methods",and "other requirements". Based on the analysis results,the professional development of advisors is explored from the aspects of establishing development concepts,optimizing recruitment requirements,and focusing on improving the comprehensive quality and ability of advisors.更多还原
