【Abstract】 With the advent of the knowledge economy and the emergence of Industry 4.0, Germany has witnessed a continuous increase in the demand for highly-skilled professionals who possess both vocational and academic capabilities. In response, the dual bachelor programs have emerged and experienced vigorous development. These programs bridge the gap between vocational education and higher education systems, involving a range of institutions and departments with different characteristics, thereby posing significant governance challenges. The birth and growth of dual bachelor programs owe their success to innovation at the organizational level, as well as design at the macro level. The governance approach of dual bachelor programs exhibits typical characteristics of "new governance". This new governance lays the foundation for the successful cross-boundary nature of these programs and provides new insights for managing educational models under highly complex conditions.更多还原
