【摘要】 目的 探讨德国Galli心理剧治疗对少年精神疾病患者的自尊水平及疗效的干预效果。方法 60例少年精神疾病患者按入组先后顺序分为德国Galli心理剧治疗合并综合治疗组（研究组）和综合治疗组（对照组），各30例，用自尊量表（SES）、缺陷感量表（FIS）、临床大体印象量表（CGI）分别在治疗前1天、4周治疗后进行评定，比较两组的评分变化情况。结果 自尊量表、缺陷感量表的评分，两组治疗前后差值无显著性差异（P>0.05），临床大体印象量表的评分，研究组治疗前后差值大于对照组得分。结论 德国Galli心理剧治疗可提高少年精神疾病患者的疗效，但对自尊水平无明显效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of the German Galli psychodrama therapy in juvenile patients with mental illness levels of self-esteem and the curative effect. Methods 60 cases of juvenile psychiatric patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into study group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the order of the group. Both groups received assessment with SES(The self-Esteem Scale),FIS(The Feelings of Inadequacy Scale)and CGI(Clinical global impression)before and after therapy. Results There was no significant difference,about scores of SES and FIS,between the study group and the control group before and after the intervention(P>0.05).There were significant differences,about scores of CGI,between the control groups before and after the intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion The German Galli psychodrama therapy can help to improve the efficacy of juvenile patients with mental illness,but has no obvious effect on the level of self-esteem.更多还原
