【摘要】 目的 调查八年制医学生的科研能力和科研诚信认知状况，为科研培训工作提供依据。方法 对62名八年制医学生进行问卷调查。结果 科研能力量表总分46[(40, 54)]分，“统计学知识”维度得分低；研诚信认知问卷总分119[(107, 127)]分，医学生对科研诚信的关注度评分低(1.94±0.97～2.61±1.03)，认为产生科研不端行为的主要原因是自身科研能力不足(75.8%)和缺乏学术监督(74.2%)。科研能力量表总分与对科研诚信的关注度、对科研不端行为造成影响的认知度呈正相关(p<0.05)。结论 需加强二级学科阶段八年制医学生的科研能力培养；注重统计学知识和实践教学的培养；丰富科研诚信教育形式；提高对科研诚信的关注度和对科研不端行为影响的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the scientific research ability and scientific research integrity of eight-year medical students, and to provide basis for scientific research training. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 62 eight-year medical students. Results The total score of scientific research ability scale was 46 [(40,54)], and the score of "statistical knowledge" was low. The total score of the questionnaire was 119 [(107,127)]. The medical students’ attention to scientific research integrity was low(1.94±0.97～2.61±1.03). They believed that the main reasons for plagiarism in scientific research were their own lack of scientific research ability(75.8%) and lack of academic supervision(74.2%). The total score of the scientific research ability scale was positively correlated with the attention to scientific research integrity and the awareness of the influence of plagiarism in scientific research(p<0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of scientific research ability of eight-year medical students in second-level disciplines, to pay attention to the cultivation of statistical knowledge and practical teaching, to enrich the forms of scientific research integrity education, and to improve the attention to scientific research integrity and the understanding of the influence of plagiarism in scientific research.更多还原
