【摘要】 目的 调查新冠疫情背景下公众医疗卫生服务利用情况并分析其影响因素，为合理配置卫生资源和完善相关政策提供参考依据。方法 采用网络问卷的方式，于2021年2-3月通过便利抽样法选取我国六个省份共1 204名公众作为调查对象，采用单因素分析法和二元Logistic回归模型，分析公众医疗卫生服务利用影响因素。结果 医疗救助对象(OR=0.682,95%CI:0.499～0.932)、焦虑情绪(OR=1.439,95%CI:1.030～2.010)、患慢性病(OR=0.581,95%CI:0.408～0.828)是影响公众医疗卫生服务利用的重要因素，医疗救助对象与慢性病患者倾向接受线上医疗卫生服务，出现焦虑情绪的民众选择线下医疗卫生服务意愿更高。结论 新冠疫情背景下公众医疗卫生服务利用呈线上线下相结合模式。未来可以考虑从提高互联网医疗服务质量，加大对重点人群的关注和保障力度，重视慢性病患者健康管理等方面进一步优化后疫情时代下公众医疗卫生服务利用体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the utilization of public health services under the background of COVID-19 and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide a reference for rational allocation of health resources and improvement of related policies.Methods A total of 1 204 people from six provinces in China were selected by convenience sampling method through online questionnaire.The single factor analysis method and binary logistic regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of the utilization of public health services.Results Among 1 204 respondents, 368(36.9%)used online medical and health services.The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the image of medical assistance(OR=0.682,95%CI:0.499-0.932),anxiety(OR=1.439,95%CI:1.030-2.010)and chronic diseases(OR=0.581,95%CI:0.408-0.828)were important factors affecting the utilization of public medical and health services.Medical aid recipients and patients with chronic diseases tended to accept online medical and health services, and people with anxiety were more willing to choose offline medical and health ser-vices.Conclusion In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of public health services is a combination of online and offline modes.In the future, it can be considered to further optimize the utilization system of public medical and health services in the post-pandemic era by improving the quality of Internet medical services, increasing attention to and protection of key groups, and paying attention to the health management of patients with chronic diseases.更多还原
