【摘要】 区域卫生规划是政府对卫生健康事业实行宏观管理最为有效的手段，对于引导区域卫生资源合理配置，提升区域卫生综合服务效能具有重要意义。对我国区域卫生规划的基本架构和新时期卫生规划的主要趋势与重点领域进行总结，并结合实践体会阐述区域卫生规划编制工作中存在的主要问题与挑战，对如何提升区域卫生规划的科学性和规范性提出若干建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional health planning is the most effective means for the government to implement macromanagement of health undertakings.It is of great significance to guide the rational allocation of regional health resources and improve the efficiency of regional comprehensive health services.This paper intends to summarize the basic framework of China’s regional health planning and the main trends and key areas of health planning in the new period, expounds the main challenges and problems existing in the compilation of regional health planning, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the scientificity and standardization of regional health planning.更多还原
