【Abstract】 Intracranial interdigital dendritic cell sarcoma(IDCS) is a rare type of intracranial tumor. This article reports a patient with IDCS who was admitted to Second Department of Neurosurgery, Guangdong 999 Brain Hospital, and performs a literature review to summarize the radiological and pathological features, immunophenotypes, and differential diagnosis of IDCS, in order to improve the awareness of the disease in clinical practice.
