人机环境气体测试及动态补偿方法研究

【摘要】 “人-机-环境”特征已成为武器装备的重要性能指标,武器试验环境下的气体浓度变化过程测试将越来越重要。为此,设计应用于武器试验中的人机环境气体测试系统,自动记录试验过程中的各种气体浓度变化过程。通过电化学传感技术与存储测试技术结合,实现4通道气体测试,采样速率为48 Sps,存储容量达1 GB。采用PSO算法的逆建模方法建立5阶动态补偿滤波器对系统动态补偿,通过试验验证,补偿后系统的动态响应时间从15.25 s减少到3.42 s。该测试系统结合动态补偿环节具有可靠性和实时性,动态响应时间提高了77.5%,满足了武器试验人机环境气体变化快速性需求。

【Abstract】 The "man-machine-environment" feature has become an important performance indicator of weapon equipment,and the test of the gas concentration change process in the weapon test environment will become more and more important. Therefore,a man-machine ambient gas test system is designed and applied in weapon tests,which can automatically record the changes of various gas concentrations during the test. Through the combination of electrochemical sensing technology and storage testing technology,4-channel gas testing is realized with a sampling rate of 48 Sps and a storage capacity of1 GB.The inverse modeling method of the PSO algorithm is used to establish a 5th-order dynamic compensation filter to dynamically compensate the system. It is verified by experiments that the dynamic response time of the system after compensation is reduced from 15.25 s to 3.42 s. Combined with the dynamic compensation link,the test system has reliability and real-time performance,and the dynamic response time is increased by 77.5%,which meets the requirements of the rapid change of the human-machine environment gas in the weapon test.
