Ag NPs/H-WO3肖特基结衬底的SERS光谱研究

【摘要】 基于半导体的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)衬底由于高均匀性和稳定性在分子痕量检测中引起了广泛的关注,而高效的光诱导电子转移是进一步提高SERS灵敏度的关键。本工作制备了银纳米粒子/三氧化钨空心球(Ag NPs/H-WO3)肖特基结,并将其作为SERS电子转移衬底。采用532 nm激光作为激发源,亚甲基蓝分子(MB)作为拉曼探针分子,对衬底的SERS性能进行了评价。Ag NPs/H-WO3异质结构优异的SERS性能是由于等离子体Ag NPs的电磁效应和Ag NPs/H-WO3肖特基结与检测分子之间有效的电子转移过程的耦合作用。

【Abstract】 Semiconductor-based surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy has received extensive attention in the field of trace molecule sensing and detection because of its high uniformity and stability, efficient light-induced electron transfer is the key to further improving SERS sensitivity. In this work, Ag NPs/H-WO3 Schottky junction was prepared and used as electron transfer substrate for SERS. 532 nm laser was used as excitation source, and methylene blue(MB) was selected as the probe to evaluate the SERS property of substrate. The excellent SERS performance of Ag NPs/H-WO3 heterostructures is due to the electromagnetic effect of plasmonic Ag NPs and the coupling of Ag NPs/H-WO3 Schottky junctions with the effective electron transfer process between the detected molecules.
