【摘要】 选取长沙市太平街历史文化街区业态数据为样本，进行数据可视化、核密度和空间句法分析，归纳业态分布特征。从区位条件、空间特征、历史文化资源三方面提取指标分析其对业态构成分布的影响。结果表明：街区形成了旅游服务类业态主导、其他类型业态协同发展的业态格局，街区已达到了较高的旅游商业化水平，影响因素对不同业态的支配作用存在差异，区位条件对业态分布影响显著，空间特征影响特定业态的分布，而历史文化资源对街区业态影响微弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 The business data of Taiping street historical and cultural blocks in Changsha is selected as samples for data visualization, nuclear density and spatial syntactic analysis to summarize the distribution characteristics of business forms. From the three aspects of location conditions, spatial characteristics, historical and cultural resources, the indexes are extracted and analyzed for their influence on the distribution of business forms. The results show that blocks has formed a pattern of the tourism service formats leading development, coordinated development of other types formats, block has reached a high level of tourism commercialization, influencing factors of the dominant role of different formats, location conditions on formats distribution influence significantly, spatial characteristics affect the distribution of specific forms, and the impact of historical and cultural resources on block formats is weak.更多还原
