【Abstract】 By reviewing the characteristics of TCM physique in diabetic nephropathy(DN) patients, the cause and the pathogenesis is unclear until now, and there is no radical cure, therefore, early prevention and treatment are crucial to halting the progression of the disease. Ancient physicians have early realized the key role of physique played in the onset and development of DN, emphasizing "prevention before the onse of the disease" "treatment chosen according to the variability of an individual", and modern doctors continuously improve their understanding to the theory of TCM physique, and establish theoretical system of TCM constitution, developing the important function in the prevention and treatment of DN.更多还原
