基于行气活血法用中药调控BDNF及BDNF-TrkB信号通路治疗卒中后抑郁的研究进展
Research Progress in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression by Regulating BDNF and BDNF-TrkB Signaling Pathway with TCM Based on the Method of Promoting Qi Circulation and Blood Circulation
【摘要】 从行气活血的治法出发，分析中药治疗卒中后抑郁与脑源性神经营养因子（brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF）及BDNF-TrkB信号通路之间的关系，揭示中药治疗卒中后抑郁的作用机制，为中药治疗卒中后抑郁提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 The article analyzes the relationship between TCM treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD),BDNF and BDNF-TrkB signaling pathway, starting from the method of promoting Qi circulation and blood circulation, reveals the mechanism of TCM treatment of PSD, which could provide theoretical reference for TCM therapy of PSD.
