【摘要】 目的：了解血透患者生活质量及其主要照顾者的知信行现状，探索二者的相关性。方法：采用自行设计的饮食营养知信行问卷、慢性肾脏病生活质量量表（chronic kidney disease quality of life scale,KDQOL-SF）便利抽样，对兰州市两所三甲医院的450名血透患者及其主要照顾者进行调查。结果：主要照顾者的知信行总分为（85.40±10.23）分，血透患者生活质量总分为（165.67±46.01）分，知信行得分与患者生活质量得分呈显著相关性（P<0.01）。结论：血透患者的生活质量及其主要照顾者饮食营养的知信行水平均不高，二者呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate quality of life of hemodialysis patients and their main caregivers’ knowledge, attitude, belief and practice model(KABP model), and explore the connections between both. Methods:Convenience sampling of 450 hemodialysis patients and their main caregivers from two class A tertiary hospitals of Lanzhou city were conducted using self-designed diet and nutrition questionnaire of KABP and KDQOL-SF.Results: Total scores of the main caregivers’ KABP model were(85.40±10.23) points, total scores of quality of life of the patients were(165.67±46.01) points, a significant correlation was found between the scores of KABP model and the scores of quality of life(P<0.01). Conclusion: Hemodialysis patients’ quality of life and the main caregivers’ diet and nutrition are in low level of KABP model, both presenting positive correlation.更多还原
