中药调控单胺类神经递质治疗卒中后抑郁的研究进展
Research Progress of TCM Treatment of Post-stroke Depression by Regulating Monoamine Neurotransmitter
【摘要】 从古今医家对卒中后抑郁的认识入手，阐述了中药调控单胺类神经递质来治疗卒中后抑郁的的研究进展。认为中药可通过调控单胺类神经递质5-羟色胺、多巴胺和去甲肾上腺系统来改善卒中后抑郁患者的症状，提高患者的生存质量。为中药治疗卒中后抑郁提供了临床依据。
【Abstract】 In the paper, we reviewed the research progress of TCM treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD) by regulating monoamine neurotransmitter starting with the ancient and modern doctors’ understanding of PSD. Traditional Chinese medicine could improve PSD patients’ symptoms and the survival quality by regulating monoamine neurotransmitter 5-HT, dopamine and noradrenal system, providing clinical basis for TCM therapy of PSD.
