【摘要】 通过1则验案探讨吴翰香教授治疗自身免疫性溶血性贫血（autoimmune hemolytic anemia,AIHA）的临床经验，吴翰香教授认为AIHA患者血不华色、胆色增多，是由内因、外因导致气血败坏而成，根据临床特征分为阳黄证、虚黄证、阴毒证、阳微证、瘀黄证，以补益泄利为基本治法，并随症加减，虽不能脱体，但可以改善黄疸、血虚之证。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper discusses professor Wu Hanxiang’s experience in treating AIHA via one effective case, professor Wu believes that AIHA patients presents lusterless complexion and an increase in cholochrome, it is the internal and external causes that lead to Qi and blood consumption, the disease could be divided into Yang Huang pattern, deficiency Huang pattern, Yin toxin pattern, Yang insufficiency pattern and stagnation yellow pattern, tonifying and purging is chosen as the basic therapeutic method, and modified according to the symptoms,which could improve jaundice and blood deficiency though the disease can’t be cured.更多还原
