【摘要】 按照高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的目标要求，为进一步规范农村生活污水处理设施建设和运维管理，浙江省住房和城乡建设厅发布了《浙江省农村生活污水处理设施全过程管理导则》（以下简称《导则》）。介绍了《导则》的编制目的和依据，阐述了主要内容和实施情况。《导则》对责任主体、管理分类、基础资料、规划计划、复核勘测、立项招标、工程设计、工程施工、工程监理、项目验收、运行维护、运行评价、运维移交、水质检测、设施报废、治理咨询、行政执法、监督考核、应急管理、创新推广、信息系统等进行了规定和引导。更多还原

【Abstract】 To develop and build a demonstration area for common prosperity with high quality,and further standardize the construction, operation and maintenance management of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities in Zhejiang Province, the Whole Process Management Guidelines of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Facilities in Zhejiang Province(hereinafter referred to as the guidelines), was issued by Zhejiang Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. This paper introduces the purpose and basis of the guidelines, and expounds the main content and implementation situation. The guidelines regulated and guided the following contents, including the responsibility subject, management classification, basic data, plan and design, review and survey mapping, project bidding, engineering design, engineering construction, engineering supervision, project acceptance, operation and maintenance, operation evaluation, operation and maintenance handover, water quality testing, facility scrapping, governance consulting, administrative law enforcement, supervision and assessment,emergency management, innovation and promotion, and information system, etc.更多还原
