气调复合1-MCP对萨米脱甜樱桃果实贮藏期品质的影响
Effects of controlled atmosphere compound 1-MCP on the quality of sweet cherry Summit during storage
【摘要】 【目的】探明1-MCP处理能否加强甜樱桃气调贮藏保鲜效果。【方法】以天水地区主栽甜樱桃品种萨米脱为试验材料,研究O2 5%+CO2 15%气调贮藏、气调复合1-MCP保鲜剂处理对甜樱桃低温贮藏期间果实品质的影响。【结果】O2 5%+CO2 15%气调和气调复合1-MCP处理对萨米脱甜樱桃保鲜效果均显著优于对照。其中,在降低果实腐烂率和果柄干枯指数,缓解果实内可溶性固形物、可滴定酸含量及果柄拉力下降等方面,气调处理和气调复合1-MCP处理均显著优于对照;气调复合1-MCP处理能显著抑制果实呼吸速率,推迟呼吸高峰的出现,保持较好的果实硬度,抑制VC含量的下降和MDA的积累,显著优于对照和气调处理(P<0.05)。较对照处理,气调处理果实腐烂率降低68.6%,气调处理呼吸峰值下降37%;气调复合1-MCP处理较对照果实VC含量提高77.2%,腐烂率降低72.8%,MDA含量降低33.6%。【结论】1-MCP处理可以加强甜樱桃气调贮藏保鲜效果,有效延缓樱桃果实采后品质的下降,保鲜效果更好。
【Abstract】 【Objective】This study aimed to investigate whether 1-MCP treatment can improve the preservation of sweet cherry during air conditioning storage.【Method】The effects of O2 5%+CO2 15% aircontrolled atmosplere storage controlled atmosphere compound 1-MCP preservant on fruit quality of sweet cherry during low temperature storage were studied using the main sweet cherry variety Summit in Tianshui area as experimental material.【Result】The O2 5%+CO2 15% controlled atmosphere and controlled atmosphere compound 1-MCP treatments had a significantly better preservation effect on sweet cherry Summit than the control treatment. These treatments significantly reduced fruit decay rate and stem drying index,alleviated fruit soluble solids,titratable acid content,and stem tension. Controlled atmosphere compound 1-MCP significantly inhibited fruit respiration rate,delayed the occurrence of respiratory peak,maintained good fruit firmness,and inhibited the decrease of VC content and the accumulation of MDA,which was significantly better than the control and controlled atmosphere treatment(P<0. 05). Compared with the control treatment,the rot rate was reduced by 68. 6% and the peak respiration rate was decreased by 37% in the controlled atmosphere treatment. Compared with the control,the content of VC increased by 77. 2%,the rot rate decreased by 72. 8%,and the content of MDA decreased by 33. 6%.【Conclusion】1-MCP treatment improved the preservation effect of sweet cherry during controlled atmosphere storage,effectively delaying the decline of fruit quality after harvest,and providing better fresh-keeping results.
